In the northern hemisphere, spring begins in late March and ends in late June with the arrival of summer. Spring is the season of rebirth, as plants begin to bloom and animals are born. Spring is also when we shake off the cold, dark days of winter and begin to welcome the sunshine and warmth of a new season. Spring is a great time to learn about plants, insects, birds, and other outdoor activities.
Once spring arrives, our family begins to spend more time outdoors. We ride bikes around the block, dig in the dirt, and otherwise enjoy being outside. We have also done lots of learning tied to spring.
On this page I am sharing all of the spring activities for kids and spring printables that have been featured at Gift of Curiosity.
