Our bodies are amazing, and they contain many systems that work together to carry out the functions needed for us to live. I want my children to understand these various body systems and how they work.
I have created a number of resources to teach children about their body systems, including my Human Body Activity Book for Kids and all the printables in my Human Body Printables Bundle.
My Label the Parts of the Body System printable offers educators a chance to assess what children know about the different systems of the human body.
Note: You’ll find more resources for learning about the human body on my Human Body Unit Studypage.

All of the worksheets include an image of a body with various organs or body parts. Blank boxes around the body are connected to the different organs or parts by lines. There is a word box at the bottom with the words that go in the boxes.

Children can use the words at the bottom as a guide, and fill in the boxes with a pencil.

Or they can cut the words out and glue them into the correct box.

There are a total of 12 worksheets in this download, featuring parts from the following body systems:
- circulatory system
- digestive system
- endocrine system
- lymphatic system
- muscular system
- nervous system
- respiratory system
- skeletal system
- urinary system
- integumentary system
- male reproductive system
- female reproductive system
