I’m always looking for fun and creative ways to engage my kids in learning activities. Today I’m over at I Can Teach My Child sharing a fun activity I put together for my kids to practice counting and number recognition. This Number Detectives activity capitalized on their thirst for adventure and their love of squirt bottles. I hope you’ll check it out by clicking here!

No problem. I’m glad you found something your kids might enjoy. I always get so many great ideas from your blog as well!

Love how you added movement and fine motor skills (through squeezing the water bottle) in with counting and number recognition. Good idea!

Thanks Caroline! I did indeed pack a lot of skills practice into this one activity, which is fun for me, fun for the kids!
