Summer is in full swing, which means it’s time get outdoors and enjoy some cool summer treats. There’s nothing like a big bowl of ice cream on a hot summer day! To celebrate the ice cream lovers everywhere, I’ve created a set of Ice Cream Do-a-Dot Printables to make learning really sweet!

Note: For more do-a-dot printables, see my do-a-dot printables page. Plus, see my post sharing 15+ ideas for using do-a-dot printables for learning.

FREE Ice Cream Do-a-Dot Printables: 20 ice cream do-a-dot worksheets to help kids work on shapes, colors, one-to-one correspondence, letters & numbers. Yum! #DoADot #icecream || Gift of Curiosity

My Ice Cream Do-a-Dot Printables pack contains 20 pages of ice cream do-a-dot worksheets. As kids complete these worksheets, they will work on one-to-one correspondence, shapes, colors, patterning, letters, and numbers.

The activities in my Ice Cream Do-a-Dot Printables pack are designed to be completed using do-a-dot markers.

Due to their thick size, do-a-dot markers are wonderful for young children who have not yet developed the fine motor skills to use a pencil or crayon. Using do-a-dot markers, little ones can color in pictures, hunt for items in a worksheet, and express themselves creatively at a younger age than is possible for them if they are required to hold a pencil or crayon.

That being said, do-a-dot markers are not just for little kids, as kids of all ages will enjoy using do-a-dot markers. My kids are perfectly able to use a pencil, but they still light up when the do-a-dot markers come out!

However, you do not need to own do-a-dot markers to enjoy my Ice Cream Do-a-Dot Printables. I’ve written in this post about many other ways to use do-a-dot printables to support your children’s learning, with plenty of learning ideas for kids from toddlers through elementary school. So even if you don’t own do-a-dot markers, I’m sure you’ll find that these printables can still be of value to you and your children.

Here is a sneak peak at the activities included in my Ice Cream Do-a-Dot Printables pack:

The activities in this pack cover a range of skills. This means that the worksheets in this pack are likely to appeal to toddlers, preschoolers, and early elementary students. Plus, you can use these worksheets for even older kids if you borrow some of the ideas in my 15+ ideas for using do-a-dot printables for learning post.
