In reply to Sima. Hi Sima, I have not published anything on the human body for older kids, although there is a list of other resources for studying the human body in the back of the book. Perhaps you can find a good resource there.

My daughter is showing lots of interest to be a surgeon in future. She is 8 and a half and very smart. I bought your “Human Body” (K_3) book from AMAZON and I was wondering if you have other books like this but more advance that she can keep practicing?

In reply to Matt. Yes, children can absolutely learn to count syllables before they know what a vowel is! Children can hear the way our words are broken into syllables before they can articulate what a vowel is, so definitely teach them about syllables!

Hello Katie, thank you for your amazing work.
Recently I sent my six years-old son to the EF english school in China.
They taught my son how to count the number of syllables, but they didn’t tell him what the syllable is and even he didn’t know what the vowel is.
My question is it is possible to teach a kids to count the syllables before telling them what the vowel is?
