Have you ever tried crayon resist painting? Kids think it is magic because images just begin to appear right before their eyes! For this crayon resist Easter painting activity, I wanted my kids to experience the joy of seeing a decorated egg come to life as they painted.

Then I set up the activity with the following materials:
- Blank egg worksheets on craft trays
- Liquid water color paints (in a muffin tin)
- Paintbrushes

This is really cute. I’ve done this before with my kids (not on an egg) and with my Sunday School Class. They’ve always had just a good time with this project and what kid doesn’t like to paint?!
